Management Changes at Wacker Corporation; Dave Christifulli Announces Retirement

Dave Christifulli, Wacker Corporation's vice president of sales and product support has announced his retirement. Christifulli worked with Wacker for 32 years and led its sales organization as vice president since 1986.

"Dave developed an outstanding multi-faceted and high value-added field sales force organization," says Christopher Barnard, president and CEO. "His sales skills, judgment and vision were instrumental in propelling Wacker Corporation to an industry leader in the light construction equipment market.

"Christifulli not only contributed to Wacker through his efforts within the company, he contributed to Wacker by being recognized in the industry as a true leader and expert in his field. His views on the light equipment construction and rental industries have been frequently requested by industry associations such as Associated Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) and the American Rental Association (ARA), " he concludes.

The transition of Christifulli's retirement begins May 1, 2007, when he assumes the role of vice president for special projects.

Schulze Vohren Appointed Vice President

Johannes Schulze Vohren has been named vice president of sales. Schulze Vohren joined Wacker in 1994 in the international sales department. Most recently, Schulze Vohren has been vice president of logistics.

May 1, he will assume the expanded position of vice president, sales and product support. This position includes overseeing the entire domestic sales organization as well as marketing communications, technical publications, sales engineering and product support.

National Sales Manager Retires

Also retiring in 2007, is long time national sales manager, Harold Rick. Rick has worked with Wacker Corporation in a variety of sales positions for 22 years. He was appointed to national sales manager in 1994. In January he moved to Equipro, the Wacker wholly-owned service business, where he will use his sales and organizational skills to assist Equipro management as they implement their aggressive growth plan. He will officially retire July 1, 2007.
